AUGUST 2008

An excellent article by our member Patty Adkins
for the Washington Gardener Magazine.
VSLD received a free ad in return for her penmanship which ran next to the article.
This publicity is invaluable to our organization.
I encourage everyone to consider writing a future article. A win-win for you and VSLD.

Cruise to Caribbean Gardens
from Margaret: This sounds delightful!
The link above is to a flyer for a cruise to Caribbean gardens I will be
leading in February. Please consider going with us, and please pass this
information on to anyone else who might be interested. Our charitable
partner is the Norfolk Botanical Garden as it was when I lead the group to
the Rose Parade. Thanks for your consideration and help.
